Identifying Autism Spectrum Disorders in Minnesota: Clarification on Medical Diagnosis vs. Educational Eligibility

This presentation examined and compared the process of eligibility for educational and medical/ clinical services for families with children who have autism spectrum disorders. Participants gained an understanding of both educational and clinical systems in order to better serve families and children. Presenters also identified ways to collaborate and cross reference service options.
